COVID-19 Business Operations
Under current Level 5 Restrictions of the Plan for Living with COVID-19 and updated government guidelines issued on 8th January 2021, as an essential retailer Image Supply Systems will continue to operate from Friday 8th January 2021 until further notice with special arrangements outlined below.
These measures are intended to prioritise the health and safety of our staff and customers during this time.
OPENING HOURS
- Our staff will be available by phone* (01 4782520) from 9am to 3pm
and by email (sales@imagesupplysystems.com) from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. - *As a reduced number of staff are operating onsite, should you fail to reach us by phone please leave a voicemail or email sales@imagesupplysystems.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
SALES DEPARTMENT
- Orders can be placed on our new ONLINE STORE, by phone 01 4782520 or by email sales@imagesupplysystems.com.
- Please note: In-person order collections are available to essential workers only and must be arranged in advance.
- Face coverings are mandatory instore and hand sanitisation facilities are provided at the store entrance.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
- Items to be repaired should be sent to us by registered post or courier.
- We will arrange delivery of repaired items once completed.
