Image Supply Systems is a leading provider of professional audio visual and conferencing solutions in Ireland. Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an administrative role in the commercial sector.
- Part-time, permanent
- Flexible hours; 20 hours per week
- Based in Dublin city centre
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer liaison and processing of B2B sales enquiries
- Preparation of quotations and tracking requests
- Order processing and co-ordination with Logistics Department
- Administration of customer support contracts
- Updating of CRM system
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years sales administration experience
- The position requires someone who is highly organized and has strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, strong numerical skills and fluency in English is essential
- Computer literacy is essential
- Permanent, Part-time
- Hours: Flexible hours; 20 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 5pm, excluding public holidays.
- City Centre location – close to St.Stephen’s Green.
ca. €15,500 per year, commensurate with experience.
